WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

On average orders ship within 3-5 business days although they may ship sooner. Please keep in mind I make, process, and ship orders by myself! I appreciate your patience and if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out through the contact form here on my website www.simplymaddielee.com

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

Currently, no orders are allowed to be cancelled or returned. Thank you for understanding!

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you need to change the address your order is being shipped to, please contact me ASAP to make the correction. If your order has not shipped yet, I am more than happy to change the address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped to the original address, I will no longer be able to change the address or issue a refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate. You can contact me through the contact form here on my website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your item is Returned to Sender (meaning it was returned back to me) I am happy to reship your items to the correct address; however, there will be an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping. If your item does not return back to me, I will not be able to send replacements or refund the order. MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK / I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately after I have shipped your order, it is out of my hands. To get information about your order please contact your local USPS.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ITEM?

If you have a custom item request please fill out the contact form here on my website with your custom item requests and I will discuss things further with you. I will not be able to accept all custom item request but I may accept some depending on the circumstances. Again, please message me through the contact form to discuss things further.
